I discovered yoga almost by accident in the winter of 2012 while living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During a season of intense change, I quickly found that my yoga mat was one of the only places where I found my mind and my body in the same place at the same time. I discovered firsthand the mood-lifting benefits of uniting my breath and my movement and learned not to take myself so seriously in the process. I became passionate about the healing nature of yoga, and in 2016 completed my 200 hour teacher training at Bloom Yoga in Chicago.
I teach a blend of gentle and restorative yoga, intended to make the practice of yoga accessible to skeptics and beginners alike.
